Please friends how do i get my site unblock on Nairaland?

I do not know what actually caused this.... I wrote an article and posted it here and automatically my account was blocked since 5 months ago till now....
I tried finding out what was happened but couldn't... I even tried using url shortener but it didn't work, i really need you guys help please please
