This is the worst experience I have faced since I started buying tokens from banks.

I think banks like Access Bank should be forbidden from selling token for electricity. It has been like 5 days and N4.1K debited yet no token sent.

Their customer care line barely went though after 10 trials and one Onyinyechi promised it will be resolved and it has been days yet no token or refund and now lines no longer going through.
It keeps saying "dear customers, most of our customers have complained of using our ussd bla bla bla"
This is completely frustrating.

Please access send me the token or refund my money
