1.Sleep. If you can sleep for 8-9 hours everyday, you will give your body time to repair itself.
2.Water. It is no coincidence that the earth is made up of about 70% water, just as your body. If you will align yourself with the universal order, 70% of what goes into your body daily should be water. This natural law alone can work wonders for you. 3.Exercise. If you ignore this, you will be creating room for trapped impurities. Take long walks as frequently as you can. Long walks is the best exercise.
