evidence as in how?... The only person who saw him received alert of 50k last week friday was my younger bro cos he was wit him then,when i called to ask him if he sees any alert...and pls lyk hw much wil it cost me if i'm to pay the npf?

Make sure you write statement.

Don't rebel your brother he will get back at you if the police fails to take any action, best thing is to threaten him with police or efcc.

Tell him you will report all his activities to them, that you have evidence. You will be settled within weeks though this too is risky.


Just play your game or involve family members

if u want to involve the police you have to report the case, write statement showing prove that you actually gave him the said amount(the transfer transaction details) then you have to Roger them in other to go and pick him up(5k-10k) depending on the distance from the station to the man's resident.
the man will say his own side of his story on what really transpire btw u two and if he admits that he owes you the said amount of money,he will now sign an undertaking on when to pay you back ur money,the police will now let him go pending the said date.he will bail himself with 10k.
if he fail to refund you your money on the stipulated date,the cycle continue.

the police can't really help much in this kind of situation,it's within house you both r brothers,you spend money,he will spend money.
rather involve family members maybe someone he respects
