What you're seeing here is a 2006 hatchback just acquired 3 months ago.

The value has dropped, as I can't sell for more than 1.6m, because of the Covid-19 situation.

Now compare to your own 'hatchback', in terms of year, neatness and any and every other factor.

Quit messing around and face reality, dude.
