Good evening house.. trust y’all okay. Recently my lhasa dog has been battling with tick so I took the dog to the vet and the doctor suggest that we cut his hair so that treatment can be very effective for him. I agreed. To my upmost surprise, the vet skinned my dog hair I mean there’s no hair left on his body anymore and you know how hairy Lhasa are. My dog has been crying since and running away from everyone. He doesn’t even want to see anyone again, he’s so pained and bitter thinking we did it on purpose for him. Please what can I do to make him happy for him and please any ideas also I can use to take care of him so he won’t die cuz he’s shivering all the time... please I need your help on what to do

Lol...,Your dog will be fine...my lhasa had mange once and she lost all her fur due to the parasites ..I couldn’t keep her indoors becos her skin was looking really bad, not one single hair and with sore all over.....yet she didn’t die... I treated her myself and her hair came back even better and shiny..


You dog hair was treamed so it can’t be that bad.....unless you stay in the north where the harmattan has entered some nasty levels... just keep her warm.....

Next time tell ur vet u want injection treatment for ticks, there’s no need to cut the fur with that... the ticks will die off them selves and fall off...
