Oh really, he never had integrity but when he was Lagos state commissioner, a foreign construction company who execute a project for the state approached him in his office and they told him they want to build house for him, he should just tell them the location and they will erect the house, but the VP call one of his colleagues then, told him to show them the uncompleted judiciary office building, they were marvel by his move of course. That is how they completed the building.
