Op thank you for this thread.

I am elated for reading through and seeing the pictures accompanying this thread.

Thank you again.

You should know it is one of the most patriotic thing to do, to support the police and all policing institutions in our country, especially now that insecurity is threatening our Dear country.

Please, if convenient, you may wish to identify with a larger arrangement to have WELL MEANING Nigerians identify with our security Agents/agencies. This is identified as the key road to a better policed and secured Nigeria.

You are going to be instrumental to the success required in this project, for a better Nigeria.

I am not impressed at all. Nigeria looks like a test bed. The most of the poses do not aptly interpret the situation. One freaking soldier stood on an APC with hands in his pockets. I dig the sailor on the gun boat with anti-aircraft gun. She really posed for the moment. Anyway sailors seemed to have something up against the infantry and the flyers.

The same ones that kill harmless innocent civilians? Brave Indeed .

There's nothing brave about ill disciplined force lead by spineless thief's.....A force that takes pleasure in killing innocent armless citizens while running away from those that they suppose to pursue ....

yeh, you are the brave one.

Obasanjo's son is a soldier who was wounded in combat.

Considering the magnitude of how obj destroyed the country, all his children suppose to be in army fighting bokos and bandits.

Eyahh! Sorry for the men of the NA. A collection of incompetent, myopic, ill trained men and women, headed by morbidly curupt souls, men without conscience, men that can sacrifice 1000 soldiers just to syphon 1000 dollars. Am praying for you guys.

I salute the brave men and women of the Nigeria armed forces and the Nigeria Police. Thank you for your service.
I refer to the sincere & brave ones, NOT the turncoats, the saboteurs, the undisciplined and criminal ones.

Bunch of stupid oppressors, I wish they will be all dead, they are not fighting for us, rather against us. They tagged Boko haram fighters 'terrorists', and sideline the real truth from their citizens. Boko Haram emerged as a result of abject poverty and corruption in this country, they were once peaceful before Olodo FG went to suppress them with military action and his python dance nonsense. Nigerians open ur eyes and know the truth, so many dumb slaves in the country.
My only concern here is that 40 idiots liked this post.....!! You clearly don't know what this military guys are passing through......

I nearly shade tears when a good friend of mine with the Nigerian airforce told me last Christmas and I quote...."I'm only out here in the forest fighting terrorists just so you and others can eat and sleep peacefully at night"

Oga you're a sick man. How dare you wish a fellow human being like you death? Yes, bokoharam came as a result of bad govt but these innocent men and women in their numbers are the reasons (with God's permission) that you sleep peacefully and still have a Nation to call your home. Many of them have died and some haven't seen their families in years do to the fight up there. To the gallant men and men(women) in uniform, we say a big ESE (thank you) for keeping the peace. Merry Christmas
Shut ur smelly mouth, the ones they have been killing are not humans abi? Millipede.

BluntTheApostle:

It is not easy to defeat a terrorist group.

There is hardly any military in the world that is trained in unconventional warfare.

That is why the likes of Al-Queda, ISIS, and the others have not been defeated, despite world powers spending so much on anti-terrorism.

Lord Lugard confirmed it when he wanted to take over Northern Nigeria that the Muslims were easy to govern only if you leave their religion alone.

When Muslims start a jihad, that type of war never ends.

And terrorists use the jihad logic. So, it is always hard to totally defeat them, because as you kill hundreds of them, thousands more will join. And they have a way of hiding among civilians, so the military don't know how to fight that type of war where civilian lives will be sacrificed anyhow.

Moreover, terrorist groups link up with one another. So, they become extremely powerful and sophisticated. For example, Boko Haram and ISIS have joined forces. Boko Haram is now the third most dangerous terrorist group in the world.
how then did little Chad defeat them and sent them running far away from their country?
