Hello nairalanders,

So I made a transfer of 30,000 Nigerian Naira on 21st December 2020 using my First Bank Visa Prepaid Card to another First Bank account, the transfer is showing successful on Quickteller, but up until now (27th December 2020) the account I sent the money to is not credited and the money is not refunded back to my account.

I tried reaching out to quickteller via email, but the mail keeps bouncing back.

Please, any help on how to got this issue resolved.

Help me to understand you better, if both accounts are First bank accounts, then what is your business with Quickteller when you should have use your bank Mobil app.

For some reasons I can't register for mobile banking and can't use ussd. WHY?? Because the account is a CARD ACCOUNT (that's what first bank keeps telling me).

So my only option was to use quickteller, and that's why I used it.

Contact Quickteller via their social media handle especially Facebook and Twitter, most corporate organizations respond on time via such mediums, that's what I normally use each time I have such issues with my bank as well as DSTV also.
