What is wrong with Ecobank?

People sent money from Ecobank to other banks since 24th and till now money has not gotten to the destination account.

Hope it is any serious issue sha

CBN, I thought you guys have a time limit for transfers to be executed..

When Ecobank said they work round the clock, it's a big lie. It's 5days now that I tried to transfer money using the app and it failed, yet it has not been reversed. Please Ecobank reverse my money because I take this matter to CBN.

Eco bank is just so annoying, should incase of distress, theft or fraud they have no code like other banks have to launch deactivation or a stop to an account. Three days now I have sent mails and dm and no response.

I think it was a banking sector issue but transfers are going through now. My backlog transfers went through and the ones I did today are going.

You can check again, or DM them on social media

Been running transaction on all levels with the bank and yet to experience any issue this festive period.

I guess you should reach out to their channels on social media, they've responded quicker and resolved my issues for me in the past.

Its sorted out now

I was indeed impressed with their service,
my dispute usually doesn't take time for it to be resolved. And reverses almost immediately if its on Ecobank machine.

I believe there was a general downtime for Transactionary services across banks last week due to NIBSS isssues.

But amazingly, I didn't experience any difficulty with Ecobank services. All my transactions went through without issues.
