top 10 prediction for 2021

1) ECONOMY
there won't be any significant improvement in our economy. our leaders have not shown sufficient knowledge of the problem of economy. more fire brigade approach like N-POWER and TRADER moni will be rolled out... but guess what it will just an euphoria. it will die a natural death.
2)CURRENCY;
the naira have consistently lost it value and there seems to be an end insight. the CBN have seems to exhaust her arsenal in defending the naira. it's so hard to say this but the naira is going to get devalued. we should be approaching #500 before June.

3)CORONAVIRUS;
the switching of date from 2020-2021 wouldn't stop the rage of the virus if we don't take drastic measures like china did to tame the scourge. the Pfizer vaccine doesn't seems reliable in preventing as there are pockets of receiver that were reported to have got it again. we should be ready to live with this.

4)SECURITY;
I see no changes in the current status of security in nigeria. the people who the situation have deteriorated to this level are still in charge and there proposed solution seems less effective.
5) ELECTRICITY;
there has been no new investment in generation of electricity. government efforts have been more on distribution. the transmission is old and limited more collapsed is expected in the coming year. as for generation. that part is not attractive to any investor. if all things are the same. there won't be a single power plant added to the grid. more communities are opening every year the power they need is diminishing

6)CRUDE Oil;
it's hard to ignore this is the major revenue earner for the country. the new USA president will have compromise with Iran. iran will be allowed to pump and sell in the international market. price will drop so will our revenue.
7) DEBT;
oh this is the most convenient choice of our government. more borrowing will be done to finance recurrent expenditure. capital expenditure will need to relax.

coolINVESTMENT;
the macro economy will be unstable this will deterred real investment as confidence will be eroded.

9)REFINERY:
dangote refinery will shift her completion date. for lack of availability of foreign currency to complete it.

10)OTEDOLA BRIDGE;
more tanker accident is expected on this bridge. there have been multiple accident on that bridge this year. possibly there's a structural defect that doesn't makes tankers to climb with ease. or probably the tankers are not worthy of usage on such road. government seems not to be interested in finding a lasting solution to the recurrent occurrence. hence we should be expecting more of such.

Correct one jare OP...

But millions of Nigerians would rather attend cross over service to hear these common sense predictions as “prophecies” from their beloved “gods of men”...

In the words of Mr Omar in everybody hates Chris... “tragic! tragic!!”
