See the picture below. Business owners, this is good information. Relatively close to a Commercial DD output.

Quite interesting that within Lagos, Surulere beats Eti-osa, while Abuja is not the second top city by purchasing power. What are your thoughts?

The methodology used to arrive at the data is suspect. Eti-Osa has Ikoyi, V.I, Lekki under it, and there's no way a Surulere can beat that in purchasing power. Also the the Ibadan over Abuja is suspect because Abuja has more high networth people. Benin, Calabar, Jos, and Abeokuta, and Asaba have higher purchasing power than some of the cities on that list.

Well, I was surprised too, but this analysis is from a reputable and global consulting firm.

Probably, there are more people in the inner parts of Eti-osa that are not really wealthy, could also be that few people own properties in Eti-Osa vs a lot of people over there are renters.

Re Ibadan vs Abuja, the latter has got a lot of suburbs though.

Overall, I believe that the population of each area/city matters for the analysis.

The analysis is very wrong, Nsukka cannot be above Enugu, Owerri and ABA.

Actually, I do think that Nsukka has the most millionaires and relatively the fewest population of the cities you've mentioned.
