Now, I want to know, how do I start making money with my skills ?

You can't make money yet. You just learnt the old php, old JavaScript. You need to learn a modern php framework e.g laravel, and advanced JavaScript called typescript to be of any use to a programming company. Beside you should not depend on your HTML skill only, learn bootstrap and probably webpack before you can be seen to be employable. Companies need people who can deliver within a limited timeframe and only frameworks like these can deliver no matter how knowledgeable you are you need frameworks. You should also learn at least two JavaScript frameworks - vue.js or angular.js. In the future consider learning nodejs, react native and python. If not you will be a knowledgeable yet unemployable programmer.

Most tech companies use JavaScript Frameworks like Vue, React, Angular. For php, they use laravel framework or cakePHP.
Do you any of these frameworks?
Btw, you can sign-up at fiverr, Upwork et al for freelancing gigs. Finally, you have to build some mini projects to showcase your skills and host them on any of the free cloud hosting services such as heroku.
Are you also familiar with version control tools like Git and GitHub? This has become necessary for every developer.
I guess you realise that you still have much work to do

Instead of learning Laravel learn Wordpress or Magento which uses plain PHP. For Magento, you have to get certified to get a job with WordPress they would ask you for previous themes and plugins you have built. If you know a Javascript framework like React you could become a JAMSTACK developer. Forget about the guy who said you need at least two Javascript frameworks. You need one and I recommend React though vue is becoming really popular. Go on LinkedIn jobs and Indeed and check for relevant jobs. Jobs in technologies with zero to few applicants should be what you should be learning. The good thing is that with PHP and MySQL which you have learnt, these technologies can be learnt in a month to two months.

You can easily make money with something like WordPress before you become a PHP developer you've always wanted to be.

Most Laravel jobs will come with extra requirements like, you must know vuejs/react, livewire, test with phpunit, Docker or the knowledge of specific Laravel package say cashier or passport, these packages have their own separate documentations too or a particular css framework, say tailwind.

But for WordPress jobs, just know WordPress.
Besides, Laravel has a steep learning curve compared to WordPress and with each new Laravel release, there's more and more to learn.
WordPress hasn't really changed since forever.

But I must say, for the sake of your career, don't be a WordPress only developer.
Learn Laravel after knowing WordPress to think the way a developer should.

Since when did typescript become the new JavaScript? So ES5,6 and 8 are now old JavaScript.

OP listen to the two people that posted above me. In addition to that if you want a job as a JavaScript developer then React is what you need because it is more popular and has far more job openings than the other frameworks and libraries.
