A friend of mine is planning to vacate a shop where he pays 12,000 per month. He is into p.o.s business.

I told him I would love to take over the shop, so that I wont have to pay agreement and commission, which he agreed.

My plan is to get a loan (500k) and start a bet9ja business in the shop.

When I told a friend about the plan, he said everybody now play on phone. That it does not worth it.

I just need an advice if I should go ahead or not.

So far it's on a busy road I think it will be a good decision.

It's never a good idea to get a loan to START a business in Nigeria

Not everyone likes using their phone to play a bet...
Some actually go to bet shop just to argue on a particular match and end up in playing a bet in shop....
