Bounch of hypocrites. Where were they when the man was chased out of his palace. Some of them even sent their children to the palace to go and cruise after sending him away. Human is the most complicated animal on the surface of this earth.....

After all this show, they should focus on training their wayward, toutish good for nothing children who went to destroy the palace and chased him away. These lazy,cursed annoying children of theirs fight almost every day on that same Lagos island. The king and palace cheifs know some of these boys but they do nothing. How can elders fold their hands and watch their children waste their lives away. They won't go to school, learn a trade or skill, they won't work, all they want is to fight, drink ,smoke and constitute nuisance to the society.

Let them continue to watch them waste away and use them to disrupt elections. The oba was lucky to have escaped. He might not be so lucky to escape when next their worthless children decide to attack him again.
They will be encouraging their yoruba childrenhto continue to waste their lives and when they turn back on them to attack, they try to shamelessly blame it on other tribes.

Be honest with yourself. Who were the people who attacked the Oba's palace? Were they not the same yoruba children living on the same Lagos island? Don't the oba and his chiefs see these boys fight almost every day on Lagos island ? What did they do to curb their waywardness? Were they not using them to disrupt elections and some other dirty jobs? You cannot continue to look away while a lot of yoruba teenagers are turning into thugs who do not want to work but just enjoy and make trouble and expect them not to attack the oba and their elders. If the yoruba elders don't do something fast about the foolishness of many of their youths, they will attack the oba again and he may not be so lucky. You cannot be encouraging thuggery over hardwork and education and not expect a terrible result.

The Oba of Lagos, Oba Rilwan Akiolu, returned to his palace on Friday, January 1, two months after a mob invaded his palace, carted away food substances and other items including his staff of office on October 20.

Following the gunshot attack at the Lekki tollgate on October 20, Lagos state recorded wanton destruction of lives and properties orchestrated by hoodlums. The crisis that erupted in the state saw the invasion of the palace of the monarch, with men and women carting away any item in sight, Some persons even swam in the pool inside the palace.

The staff of office of the monarch was later found and returned to the palace.

On Friday, the monarch finally returned to his palace after ten weeks of absence.

Posting a video of the monarch entering his palace, Oreoluwa Finnih, senior special assistant to the Lagos governor on health, tweeted

“Our daddy is back home… Oba of Lagos, HRM, Alayeluwa Oba Rilwan Babatunde Osuolale Aremu Akiolu’s triumphant entry to Iga Idunganran Palace, today, Friday, 1st January, 2021''
