This case is so clear, it is an unwarranted and irresponsible violation of a citizen's freedom and the courts must award a compensation worth billions of naira to deter future occurrence.

Nigeria is not a banana republic, government is meant to protect and defend its citizens not to kill and destroy.

I didn't bother reading anything up there but one thing I know is that the woman should sue everyone involved. This is purely injustice.

OP, is there any law against a party in that state?

What makes sex party different from birtgday party. Any statute to support?

If indeed a law was broken, has the case been tried in court?

Elrufai is not the law. He usurped judicial powers by passing penalty on the building. A gross abuse of his executive office.

We raised the same issues, see attached.

We want to address whether the new reasons stated make the demolition legal or not. We already addressed the earlier reasons provided.

El-rufai is not the law agreed.

By ordering or approving the demolition, he usurped the powers of the judiciary and thus committed an impeachable offence.

You are right to call it a gross abuse of his executive office.
