This snake bite my dad at night but we were able to kill it, we immediately use razor blade to cut the area and we tie the upper part before we took him to the nearest hospital for medical attention. Just for curiosity sake, can anyone help to identify the snake

Yea, doctor said it's either a dry bite or that the venom came out cos we pumped out some black blood immediately after the bite when we used blade to cut the area, though he has be given series on injections and drip

It's an hospital in a village next to mine in kwara state
