One person is reportedly to have died and three others injured after an elevator conveying people at Ibadan Cocoa House collapsed on Wednesday. Details about the occurence were still sketcy at the time of filling this report but an eye witness disclosed that the elevator was faulty and has been repaired before it collapsed and fell on the workers.
