Leadership is not about being the most knowledgeable but about the constant willingness to grow and help others grow with you.

As long as there is enough capacity to propel and sufficient fuel to keep the engine going, there will be no limit to speed. Your capacity to take your tribe to the top, depends on your willingness and humility to seek knowledge. Always remember that the fuel of greatness is knowledge, work and competence.
