It is no more a new thing to say that in relationships sacrifices have been made just to satisfy your other half. In most cases you don't want to disappoint him/her and you do the impossible to make sure you give a very good impression that you can always make your partner happy.
It's been tagged stupid by some actually. We don't know maybe it's out of jealousy (don't have a girlfriend) or it's because of painful experience of heartbreak.
