I had a friend who came to spend Christmas and new year with me in Port harcourt. Before now he had visited me twice, and in the two occasions he visited, he didn't stay up to a week. I was the one who was providing food and most of the things we consumed. However when we hanged out, he use to buy drinks.

This time around he came with another guy, a friend of his from his hometown and they brought food stuff with them which we cook sometimes. However, I started observing something shortly after they arrived. Anytime I go to bed, I will eat in my dream. I didn't like it so I prayed.

When we started fasting in my church this year I joined. Within this period, I couldn't buy food or cook anything anymore, so he bought food all the food and prepared the meals. However whenever I broke my fast and ate, that night, I will eat in my dream. And sometimes I will see him in the scene eating as well. I became worried.

After a few days I became sick and I had to stop fasting so I could go for treatment. The day I started taking injections, my gf came and did the cooking with the money I gave her. That night I didn't eat in the dream. When I woke up, I was happy, I prayed and thanked God. I didn't tell my gf anything. However, I said to myself, well if eating the food she prepared would stop me from eating in the dream, then maybe I should stick to her food. I didn't eat in my dream while she was around and prepared my meals.After two days she went back to her place.

The day she left was the day I completed the injections I was taking. That day, My friend, cooked and I ate his food. He bought bread in the evening and I drank tea with it. That night I ate in the dream so much, I even drank tea as well. I was so frightened when I woke up. I wanted to tell him but I felt it wasn't going to make any sense, so I didnt.

Well to cut the long story short, I have been preparing my own food now and ignoring his food. For the past few days, I am not eating in the dream anymore. My friend started complaining that I am not eating his food, and he has been very unhappy and moody ever since. I'm not bothered, I'm not going to tell him anything.

However, The question I want to ask is, is there a connection between him or his food and me eating in the dream? And if there is, should I ask him to leave?

You were ignoring someone that offered u a hand of friendship and u even said you were not bordered about him and his mood? just because u said you were eating with him in your dreams?

Assuming you were eating with the owner of Facebook in your dream or Bill Gate, would it have made a difference?.. I guess u would have interpreted it to be that God wants to elevate you right? And u might even pray for it to come to pass...

I don't just know how someone that eats in reality cannot see himself or herself eating in a dream... I don't see how someone that works in a morgue will think it's a taboo to see dead bodies in a dream... I don't see how someone that cooks food can find it disheartening cooking and eating in a dream...

In your Bible, those guys Joseph interpreted their dreams, what were they doing in real life and what was their dreams?.. Psalm 23 somewhere said "... he prepared a table before me in the presence of my enemy....." even if u were being fed by a wizard do u think it can affect u as a Christian based on that verse...

Anyways, I wish I could find a way to tell that your friend not to worry about u because it's a waste of time...

The most annoying part was that u were claiming to be a Christian... What do you think Jesus would do if he was to be in your situation? To let an innocent person's blood pressure rise because of what he knows next to nothing about?

If the bible said "do not let the book of the law depart from your mouth, you should meditate on it day and night.." Based on that fact alone, Can you refer me to verse where it was written that eating in your dream was a sign of spiritual weakness or that you were a witch/ wizard?.

The time the holy spirit wanted to minister to Peter, to teach him about the Gentile, he used food in his dream... He said... "Peter arise kill and eat"... Assuming those things were not creepy, do u think Peter would not have obeyed the holy spirit?

Assuming you dreamt where u were in a Meeting or a conference with Mark Zuckerberg, Bill Gate, Donald Trump or even Dangote eating and drinking, U would not have remembered that you were not supposed to eat in dreams.. Just because it was a homeless guys, he now wants to kill u.

Even at that, u did no have the decency to tell him that he has overstayed his welcome, u were using spiritual mumbo jumbo to portray your "kindness" What a very good Christian you are.. "Not everyone who says to Me, Lord, Lord!' will enter the kingdom of heaven" So says the Good book.
