I think this editorial says it all. No synergy between all government agencies and parastatals. We the younger generation need to start asking questions and stop being unnecessarily partisan. If this is not corruption I don't know what is.

Civil Servants and the presidency is to blame. Them sack any minister or civil servant for corruption? |
