Is it legal and constitutional for illegal foreign Fulani herdsmen (according to the FG) or even any herdsman at all to live in the forests without the consent and knowledge of governors of the states?

Why is the FG led by Buhari making it seem like they love the insecurity all over Nigeria?

Is there something Nigerians don't know?

Quit Notice to Herders Unconstitutional, Presidency Cautions Akeredolu

•Urges dialogue in resolving security challenges

•Asks govs to show restraint

By Deji Elumoye

The Presidency yesterday called to order Ondo State Governor, Mr. Rotimi Akeredolu (SAN), over his seven-day ultimatum to herders to vacate the forests in the state following growing insecurity allegedly perpetrated by the pastoralists.

It expressed concern that the governor, as a legal luminary, could unilaterally issue the quit order without taking cognizance of the constitution that guarantees the rights of citizens to movement and to live in any part of the country...

Let me go down to the quantum of the nomenclature 'Forest Reserve'. from the word 'reserve' according to Google dictionary it means retain(keep) for future use. When applied to the forest space, it outrightly negate the issue of open graving.

Forest reserve is instituted for various reasons must notably, environment issues which closely correlates with the issue of greenhouse effect. In other words, the forest reserve further help humans and animals to breath better oxygen since greens help absorb carbon gases from the atmosphere, and converting them to more refined oxygen through its out breath.

Open grazing will negatively affect this process since it is a subtle yet dangerous form of deforesting the reserve.

In conclusion, ranching is the best practice in this age and time of population explosion(meaning more oxygen is required by humans and animals alike) and cankaerous and poorly regulated carbon emmision process.

This Taqiya is for stupid Southerners that don't know their left from right.

Some would come here and tell you some political reason why herdsmen can stay in forest, they would tell you they have rights too.

When we call a spade a spade they start crying we are too blunt.

But buhari presidency is stone blunt that he supports herdsmen Terrorists, Boko Haram, Bandits, and his preference to support only the North.

The acclaimed president was blunt when he divided his north as 97% against another region 5% and people expect us to keep quiet against this conspirators until they kill us all, convert us to jihad, and cease our lands

You catch any Fulani for your Bush, my brother kill am. Some Fulanis were caught with cutlass and arrows that has being poisoned, that is if they use the cutlass on you even if the cut is not deep, you will be killed by the poison. So you see any Fulani herdsmen parading your Bushes, farmland etc attack first and kill them first before they kill you.

Most times when the president will be in the same wavelength with the masses.nothern leaders thrives and enjoy the massive loot that from the downfall of their organized terror attack, now the fortunes they earn in the wake of terror attack is dwindling, attention is now shifted to the west, but sadly for them we are educated,we know the our left from right.

op, answer to your question is already in the title of your post. 'Constitutional' and 'unlawfully' can never go together.
