Hello Guys.

Please help

I have about 3 years experience in customer service in different sectors and I would like to obtain a professional certificate in this field to advance my career probably in the line of relationship manager and the likes.

I came across some professional certification in my research and I'm totally confused on which to go for.

So far, CIRCM, ICSN do not exactly strike me as authentic and recognized like some certification I've seen( CIPM - for human resources) .

Please I'd really appreciate your candid advise. Thanks.
