they must all be paranoid with fear in Lagos. But one time i was in Lagos looking for direction from (i don't remember the place name) to Alaba/ ILogbo, it was even late say 7:30 pm. One lady i asked for directions offered to come with me and show me the place, she has never even met me before and i had my hair plated then, looking different from nigerians, she walked few miles with me until i found my way. I gave her 2k for Taxi back to where she was going, she even gave me her number. So why did she do it?

This is so wrong. I work in this industry and i know what is obtainable, digital boards are no mean feat and cannot be put just anywhere. Even in Lagos, the client who is the end user determines what type of board sells in which locations. You don't expect a billboard owner to invest millions into putting up a digital site in a location where he or she know client won't patronize.
The government should rather be focused on reducing multiple taxation. You have to settle the regulatory agency, pay whoever owns the land where the board is hosted, area boys won't let you work until you settle them. Pulling down people's sweat and investment isn't the way to go, check back in few months time the choice locations will have been awarded to their inner caucus.
This is applicable to all states not just Uyo.

Dem church entrepreneurs (pastors) are the owners of these billboards, they will be very unhappy with the govt.
