I Can't Assess My Subscription by 4yourfantacy(f): 10:08am On Feb 02, 2021
I subscribed last night with my account number and up till now, I still can't assess it. Worse is that I've been debited but there's no data. I don't know what to do again. I've emailed the network and the bank but they haven't replied my request. I tried calling customer care but they were talking rubbish, giving me advertisement. I ended up wasting airtime for nothing. Please does someone have any idea on what I can do about it? It's frustrating embarassed

Send an email to your bank...they will rectify everything...
