"See You Again" is a song featuring American singer Charlie Puth, by American rapper Wiz Khalifa. As a salute to actor Paul Walker, who died in a single-vehicle crash on November 30, 2013, in Valencia, California, the track was commissioned for the soundtrack of the 2015 action film Furious 7.

Later, on the international release of Puth's debut album, Nine Track Mind, the song was released as a bonus track. With their co-producers, DJ Frank E and Andrew Cedar, the artists co-wrote the song with additional production from Puth and mixing provided by Manny Marroquin. "See You Again" was released as the soundtrack's lead single in the United States on March 10, 2015.

Their publishing firm, Artist Publishing Group, asked Frank E and Puth to create a tune that could pay tribute to actor Paul Walker for the film Furious 7. (2015).

While composing the single, Puth became emotionally attached, remembering Vail Cerullo, a friend of Puth's time at Berklee College of Music who died in a 2012 motorcycle accident. At first, he was hesitant that Atlantic Records, the film's soundtrack label, would select his vocals for the album.

At the end of the video, the music was selected to be performed. The characters Brian O'Conner and Dominic Toretto rode on a mountain road and parted ways upon hitting a fork, after O'Conner's retirement send-off to be with his wife and daughter.
