I set out to catch a early morning appointment in Abeokuta today, Traveling through the Old road,. left Lagos by 6:30am. On getting to Itori, we where stopped that students where attacking travellers.,
I heard that a traveling vehicle knocked down a student. Secondary school student flung on the road to destroy car as a reaction to the accident.
I saw nigerian police swung into action to suspress the riot.
After 3hour of waiting, we where told to continue our journey that the road is clear. On getting to Wasimi, these guys came out to the express road from different angles, they destroy cars, buses and attack travellers.
My car was destroyed, wind shield broken, cutlass Mark's and dents on the body.
I said to my self, are theses fulani herdsmen? Why do we cause pain to one another?
This is a day I will not forget.
