On February 4, 2021, President Joe Biden, you directed heads of US executive departments and agencies to invoke a range of punitive diplomatic actions, including financial sanctions and visa restrictions, on countries that ‘abuse’ the rights of LGBTQI+ persons.

This is to let you know that we Afrikans do not and will never accept gay marriage and to let you know why.

Homosexuality is not Natural
As of 1993 Dean Hamer an American geneticist thought that there was a Gay gene responsible for making one gay, but a 2019 report by science aired by Time magazine concluded that there was no such thing as a Gay gene but that there were at least 5 gene variations that could affect a person’s sexual behavior which is temporary and not sexual orientation which is permanent. The study says that of a these 5 genes variations could only affect only 8% and at most 25% of a person's sexual behaviour while the environment affects the remaining 92 to 75% of an individual's sexual behavior.

If a gay man shares the same room with a straight man with a pure gene not affected by any of the 5 gene variations the gay man can seduce the straightman into gay se, on the other hand if a gay man or woman no matter his her gene makeup, subjects him or herself into a series of straightening sexual therapy, that individual no matter his genetic makeup would become sexually straight. This concludes though not completely that sexual behaviour not to talk of sexual orientation is more environmental than genetic.

Also, religiously, the Bible in the books of Genesis and Roman in the old and new testaments condemned homosexuality in strong terms as a reason for the destruction of Sodom and Gomorrah and as a curse. The story was also repeated in the Quran in Surah 54 the Al Kamaa.

Some pro gay preachers claim that Afrikan culture endorses homosexuality, but in Afrikan culture women do marry women but that is only barren women pay lobola on behalf of their husbands to marry new wives to give birth on their behalf as we also saw in the bible in the book of Genesis where the wives of Jacob Leah and Rachel married their hand maids on behalf of themselves to give birth to children fr theirhusbands in their own account. The women would never have sex with their fellow women which is a taboo in Afrika and Jewish culture.

These are some of the reasons why our position in Afrika is gay conversion therapy and not gay marriage as a social norm and banned in Nigeria, Zambia, Uganda and a host of other states in Afrika.

As of the year 2015, homosexuality was outlawed in 34 out of 54 countries in Afrika and you have seen why.

If you want the best for Afrika, then give to Afrika what Afrikans need and not want you think they want

1. Help in the decolonization of Afrika in the following ways:
Pressurise the AU and Afrikan Heads of States to conduct referenda in Afrika to reconstruct Afrikan states according to the wishes of the Afrikan people.

Stop France from collecting colonial taxes from Afrikan states.

3. Push for European nations to indemnify Afrika for extracting the wealth of Afrika for 500 years. Europe and America are enjoying 500 years of Afrikan labor which is why Europe and America look like paradise on earth while Afrika is trying hard to recover her lost centuries.

Also pay Afrikan Americans reparations in cash and in kind by paying trillions of dollars reparations and ending every systemic racism so that indeed America would be a country where Black Lives Matter.
4. Help Afrika fight terror groups such as Boko Haram, Alshabab, Fulani Herdsmen in Nigeria etc

4. Sanction bad leaders who stay in office for the sake of power, who kill their people.

5. Give Afrika visa-free policy
It is estimated that over 25 million ex-pats from the sub-Saharan region remitted a total of USD 46 billion in 2018 while FDI was $32b.

Worldwide, immigrants sent a record $625 billion (in 2018 U.S. dollars) back to their home countries in 2017

Since 2009, Nigeria has received more than half of all remittances sent each year to Inner Afrika, by far the largest share of any country in the region. In 2017, a record $22 billion in remittances flowed to Nigeria, which has 54% of the region’s share of remittances because most Nigerians who are abroad are in US and UK.

In 2018, migrant remittances to Nigeria eqaled US$25 billion, representing 6.1% of GDP which was 83% of the Federal Government budget in 2018 and 12 times the 2 billion in Foreign Direct Investment into Nigeria in the same period.

Remittances account for 34.4% pf South Sudan GDP and 21.3% of Lesotho GDP

This shows how reliant most Afrikan states are on remittances and an open visa policy would help in increasing remittances into Afrika.

These are some of the needs that Afrika expect from US and which we would appreciate.

Biden is not interested in Africa accepting homosexuality. What Biden is interested in is that homosexuals are treated as human beings. It is wrong to discriminate against a person because of their sexual orientation

You guys in Africa aren't doing that. You're imprisoning people for no logical reason. You antagonize people just because they're not like you. You aren't letting them live. That's the point. You guys discriminated twins, hunchbacks, albinos, etc. Now, it's gay people. You're just not aware that nature is extremely diverse and we're all products of nature. It has never been binary and it's not in your position to direct it. Even if you don't want to legalize gay unions, stop harming them when they haven't harmed anyone.
