NEPA is useless because among other things

1.Up until recently, the DISCOS were not allowed to charge cost reflective tariffs. In other words, until the recent price increase, one unit of power cost N53 to make, and was being sold at N20-30 ...meaning no profits were being made. No money to fix up things.

2.Also, about 40% of subscribers, rich, poor, government agencies, etc...were not paying their bills.

Thus not enough money, thus no power.

If Atiku Abubakar is driven by love for Nigerian rather than by power-hunt for self-enrichment, let him use his political influence to galvanize his atikulated fan base and indeed all the youths of this country to vote a bright cerebral and politically experienced young chap as president. This will kickstart the much needed New Political Order paradigm shift away from the existing Political Order or it it DISORDER that came into existence in the post-military 1999.

Young and cerebral because of brain work and physical tasks that are involved. Political experienced because a greenhorn will be a bull in china shop. Young age is important because already-made big men in power sees themselves as "constituted authority" to be waited on rather than hand-in-the-mud public servants.

Doing this needs sacrifice but will Atiku Abubakar make this sacrifice? I bet if he does, he will be forever remembered and celebrated as one of architect of mordern Nigeria Democracy.

Unfortunately, I am sure as at the moment, young people who are social media influencers are already being recruited and retained for another round of ATIKULATED ONSLAUGHT.

Olodo, you think Ruling a Country is like Managing a Bank branch office. Who are the young Nigerians you want to bring forward atm , even Yahaya Bello wey we for use give example turn to heavy flop. Atiku is the best man for the Job Right now. He might be a Northerner by Origin but a southerner by Blood.

Fat head, you think young Nigerian only refer to brainless inexperienced people like you. No, Gov. Zulum is a young man. Charles Soludo is a young man. Dogara is a young man. Gbajabiamila is a young man. Joe Abah is a young man. Dawisu is a young man. Gov. Fayemi is a young man. None of these isn't better than your Atiku.

Crude prices are up but you want to sell assets to finance your budget.

What happens in subsequent years when crude reserves and prices are low? Sell the country?

If they lack innovation (including Atiku) the should step aside and let young people usher in a technological driven economy

Shameful , deceitful. You support privatization to plunge millions of Nigerians to poverty by subjecting them to be casual/contract workers, while you paying huge amount to Asian workers like dangote in his refinery

Why would these people not do an initial public offering on the Nigerian stock exchange so that all interested Nigerians could buy into it.

They will normally prefer to sell the properties of Nigerians to one or two persons who looted our resources

Shame!

Hin wan buy what's left after his last outing whose gains are contributing meaningfully to the economy of Dubai. Elections are the only thing in Nigeria Atiku meaningfully invests in.

It's a good idea. Corruption is not making govt run those assets efficiently hence gross revenue loss. They should privatize them.

It is surprising that AJAOKUTA STEEL is not listed as the very first plant to change hands.Without STEEL NIGERIA will never become a producing Nation. You cannot produce Rails how do you think you will crisscross the country?

He will agree. The culmination of his looting Osibanjo can only dream.

Where are the young politicians? Not thieving Reno, Addict FFK and tout/cult boy Dino.

The actual brains and performers, it’s like they are missing. We need them come 2023.

I hate to see Atiku in the news for anything, because I know this publicity is geared towards 2023. We wouldn't have another Fulani man in the reins of power.

There was a country,
When thieves, looters and criminals that raped, killed and looted our National Treasury still have a say.
Pathetic.

When a man that toppled our democracy and killed our youths unjustly still have a say. During the era of those thieves, food was cheaper, fuel price was cheaper, Naira rate was better. Nobody be fool. We know say thief pass thief.

The same reason why many Nigerian refused him in 2019. Only God can deliver this country.

Meanwhile we sell quality day old chicks from reputable hatcheries across the country. We deliver nationwide.
