Chairman, I would strongly suggest that you do at least a pelvic ultrasound to check for undescended testes in your pelvic region and get this removed ASAP if there is any, as that would be a potential disaster. If there is no other testes missed then good luck as one testes is enough to do the job

I have someone close to me with One scrutum and has impregnated ladies before his marriage. He is married with kids. He did Internal Organ scan abroad to determine if the second scrotum is undescended or not there at all. It was realized that it was not there at all. If it is there but undescended, then the best action to take is to remove it surgically. I hope this helps you.

Actually you can. In reality you have two balls but one did not decend while you where growing up. Typical if it was discovered before you 2 yrs birthday the doctors should have carried out minor surgery to push it down to the sack. For now, ball is hiding some below your abdomen. Also chances are you may also have hernia. At a later stage you may need to go for surgery to remove that un decended testicles because it may become cancerous. No need to fear.
