Because we have taken some measures to reduce the corruption ( bvn is a good example) But it does not mean we should declare uhuru. We still have issues . Like NNPC not remitting billions for example |

Pierocash: Libya is a mess. It makes Nigeria look nice. Under Ghaddafi it was stable but very very oppressive |
