Edo state university in Ekpoma was already neglected before Gov Oshiomole came to power. He cannot do magic in the short time he came.

Well, apart from Ekpoma which I visited just once, I've not really been other parts of the State, so I can't speak those parts,

nonetheless, if its the same Benin City that I schooled in during the tenure of Igbinedion, that Oshimole has been able uplift the present level, then I m finding it very hard to reconcile it with the picture 190's trying to paint here.
