Job Brief
A fast-growing Christian Ministry is currently seeking a charismatic, smart & intelligent lady as an Executive Assistant to one of her founding leaders.

Responsibilities

• Managing the visionary to ensure prompt delivery on assignments.
• Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system for both paper and electronic records.
• Organizing and maintaining files and records.
• Planning and scheduling meetings and appointments.
• Creating content & managing the ministry's social media handles.
• Produce timely & detailed reports and presentation of briefs using charts, slides, etc. in a professional manner.
• Making travel, hotel, and guest arrangements when needed.
• Providing quality customer service (handling requests, feedback, and queries quickly and professionally).
• Maintain the ministry's master calendar of all conferences, all-hands events, Programs & Projects.

Requirements

2.Flexible to meet the demands of our growing organization.
3. Impeccable organizational skills and attention to detail.
4.Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Executive Assistant or Administrative role.
5.Ability to prioritize daily workload with minimum supervision.
6.Excellent l verbal and written communication skills.
7.Discretion of personal and confidential information.
8.Proficient in the use of MS Office and other Apps e.g. Canva, Inshot, Vivavideo, etc.
9.Willingness to work any time of the day or night.
