Lend a voice to these questions.

1) Is VAT applicable to property and real estate transactions, or are buyers of real estate being made to bear an unnecessary unlawful cost?

2) As a consultant, how were you able to argue out your case against the F.I.R.S on behalf of your client who's in to real estate business that is being pushed to pay VAT ?

If you've considerable experience in this, do you mind sharing how you navigated it?
