Why do govt recruitment always insist on first school leaving certificate and not regard junior waec even when fslc was abolished and people who did not finish primary school b4 it was stopped do not have it....does it mean people without FSLC but with junior waec cannot get a govt job....does the govt want to encourage forgery? Am talking about the rivers state government civil service job....the rivjobs site asked for either FSLC or BECE which is Junior waec but am hearing the first stage of the recruitment exercise is disqualifying pple without FSLC although they have junior waec.. which means the recruitment process is flawed.
