The number four citizen of Nigeria , Rep. Femi Gbajabiamila has started the next phase of his street light electrification project in Surulere 1 Federal Constituency.

The Operation “Light Up Surulere was initiated and facilitated by Rep. Femi Gbajabiamila since his days as Minority Leader of the House. He has followed through with the initiative up till his tenure as Majority Leader and now Speaker of the Green Chamber.

Many streets in Surulere 1 Federal Constituency are now enjoying the Alternative Energy solution initiative.

It is expected that before the end of the year 2022, all the streets in Surulere 1 Federal Constituency, Lagos will be having a new night look.

The ‘Light Up Surulere’ project is highly potent in ensuring the security of lives and properties at night, as well as enhancing the nightlife economy of the area.

Many cities across the world, have deliberately put in place strategies that would enable them to run a 24-hour economy. Indeed, most major cities of the world today are known to operate a 24-hour economy. In these cities, socio-economic activities take place round the clock unhindered by nightfall.

That's if there's steady light. But I think he should focus more on water. Because that's what they need the most.

This word 'loot' needs to be changed in the Nigeria space. Instead of 'loot' use 'stole' or 'thief'. We need to start calling these people out for wat they truly are.
