Hi nairalanders, pls I need someone to give me an idea of what to do to curtail or limit the barking of my dog, especially at nite when people are asleep... As this is becoming an issue between I and other tenants in the compound

Lol you think Ur Caucasian bark alot, lol try having a gsd... Well you could get a mouth guard to prevents it from barking at nyt, repeat the process anytime she barks unnecessarily, Ur dog would figure out you like the habit hopefully

If you leave the mouth guard too much, the head go swell. Na wetin I hear and e make sense to me.

But it's just at night when co tenants have gone to sleep

Did you just purchase the dog?if yes,it is normal but if no,try and walk to your dog when it’s barks for no reason....

Try walking her...

Most times, excessive barking is bourn out of boredom.

Though I adopted her as a puppy last year,so I think I'll try walking up to her whenever she does that
