His name is Mr. Tsav Francis, he is a lecturer with Benue State University Makurdi. He doubles as a product of the school where he graduated with first class honors and was retained and then proceeded to the University of Ibadan for his masters degree and then for his doctorate degree dropped out to fight for his life.
