I've been toying wiuth the idea of exercise for a while now, yet i cant seem to find the morivation. the idea of doing it alone actually makes it more unappealing, SO Running / jogging partner needed must live in London, Preferably EAST, and be willing to go for morning/evening runs, Interested, post a reply with your mail add, and i'll get in touch, cheers |

I happen to know a couple of guys that organise an excersice session in east London. i think they are a group of 5-6 people. its really fun, and i have attented it couple of timwes myself. but as i live outside London, cant be part of the group. can give u the details if u care for it. |

its free. it aint like gym or anything, just a bunch of guys and there G/friends getting together to excercise and keep fit. real good fun tho. Mail me and i'll give you the details on how to contact them. |
