BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVES

A young, budding and fast growing Real Estate Company in Nigeria is looking for young charismatic, hardworking and result-oriented persons with experience and connections in real estate space, vibrant individual who have closed and continue to close commercial deals on properties in Nigeria and can work with little or no supervision.

Becoming a realtor is not for everyone as it is a lifestyle choice. If you are tired of the 8-to-5 job, building other people's businesses, or being stuck in an office, this might be perfect for you.

The job is very simple as “Pap and Milk” but not as easy as it looks, so we need only the most confident to join our team. Honesty, Loyalty and Results are our core values.

Your daily job/tasks would include:
1) Finding available clients to buy properties from us.
2) Receive request from us and take clients for inspection.
3) Foster client relationships and convince them to buy from us.
4) Find potential clients and show properties to potential clients.
6) Prospect and generate leads for suitable properties and clients.

SALARY/REMUNERATION:
Please note that remunerations would be on an attractive commission basis only and there would be no monthly salaries.
Real estate agents are entrepreneurs who are not paid a salary but a commission. This also means there is no limit to how much you can make.
