I can tell you that Hausas and yorubas hardly move to other regions but igbos move and stay, infact, they buy properties and give birth to their kids in the place they immigrate to, that means, they plan to live there for long.

Guy you must might make an excuse for Yorubas even if it's baseless, bcus moving to get financial establishment else where has nothing to do with tribe, g yorubas are everywhere over the World.

but you see Hausa/fulani don't go there.
come to Ketu/Mile 12 , Kosofe and see for yourself

Those Hausas/ fulani you see there arent permanent, you dont see them with their families in those areas, they dont plan to live long, they dont own properties except shops.

This is a right fact
The Hausas don't build houses or even raise there families outside

But the Igbos rather do the opposite
Of building and settling in there host communities

If you know the number of Igbo businesses and families in far North you will be shocked even as far Niger republic
A guy recently told me of streets and area's in Jigawa state where Igbo business men have plenty numbers with houses, shops, plazas doing very well

So actually splitting from Nigeria won't favor the Igbo man

See even the northerners know the value Igbos add to there region
They may not shout it but they respect the resilience of the average Igbo man

That Nigeria is still working despite all the madness, the igbo presence is part of it

IPOB may do all but with time a lot of things will change
I also believe Buhari style of leadership contributed to many anomalies we see

A better leader will start healing all these wounds

A working Nigeria which is possible is more beneficial to the igbo man more than breaking up which looks almost impossible

We should just sought out our differences
The bond that ties us may not be seen but it's very deep despite the anomalies presently

You are so right.

I will say Buhari made some mistakes and also the press were not in favour of him...he is not perfect after all, i will also say his old age contributed to his lack of concern about some vital issues of Nigeria unity, infact even some politicians are complicit in this problem but anyway, Nigeria breakup won't benefit anyone, some ethnic groups will be at disadvantaged because of their investment but many young Nigerians are just moved by emotions and wanting to identify with leaders of division who are more interested in cashing out rather than being pragmatic to solve issues with other tribes.

Aboki with unity begging, leave that property part for them to solve. if they can survive 20 naira after civil war, what are you saying. Every time you remind them of their properties in the north but you are wishing they don't go because north will be a ghost town without lgbos

Will all Igbos live in the East? No
See dividing from Nigeria I will personally say it's impossible

Nigeria with all it's anomalies will still work
Building a nation no be Bean's

So I don't see that possibility

The war is gone and over, thinking about the past wont solve future issues. The igbo masses wont solve the igbo question, only the igbo leaders will.

The reality many igbos if given a choice will stay in Nigeria...dont forget, it is igbo people that moved to different parts of Nigeria without invitation. They could have just stay in their land, if it was very prosperous. Lack of prosperity and opportunity in an homeland makes people to immigrate to other places for opportunity.

Keep decieving yourself. The fact that you see igbos in the north or other parts of Nigeria doesn't mean that our land is not prosperous. We are business people. We are in every country in the world doing our business peacefully, expanding our knowledge and increasing wealth. How long will it take for this simple fact to sink into your skull?
