Celtel had done well. For two years, they offered free browsing while others are milking their consumers dry. I expect the charging especially with the coming of 3G. But celtel must learn from Glo by not making the gprs expensive at all. In fact, judging from public response, the cheaper the wap service, the more profit they would make. That is sure. They must also offer incentives like free night browsing or free weekend browsing. If they hope to make quick money, God help them. Glo gprs is first, but they are not as popular as celtel. Same to MTN, Starcomm etc. I was told the whole things would be in full operation by october this year.
