I have not proferred an opinion about Omojuwa in what I said. I wasn't there. I can only conjecture. What I said is that signatures are forged all day long for CAC documents, especially where directors are difficult to pin down (as most big men are).

However, I have neither hate nor love for Japhet Omojuwa but one thing I admire about him is his savviness in taking MAXIMUM advantage of what every social medium offers from Twitter, Instagram to clubhouse. For that name to have been listed as a Director of the company, the Means of ID of the said name must have been filed with CAC at incorporation. All the need is just for CAC to provide the means of ID of the Directors in its records. If the means of ID of Oby Ezekwesili has been used in the part of the registration process without her consent, then a clear case of Fraud and forgery may have arisen.
