We don't need US to help us fight Boko Haram. The truth is that they are not fighting them. Rather they are using them for ethnic cleansing in the military. If small country like Chad could overwhelm Boko Haram in less than three days, don't tell me Nigeria can't defeat them. Just this February 2021, the American Govt of Joe Biden OFFERED to assist Nigeria to fight Fulani Terrorists that are raping, kidnapping and killing Nigerians.
But Buhari, through one of his Fulani Special Assistants, said "Nigeria does not need Help".
I heard and watched it with my eyes and ears on the TV.
Buhari knows that if the American Security gets involved, they will expose the financiers and God-fathers of this Fulani terrorirsts and it would be traced back to him, hence his refusal

So, to say it is the Americans that are reluctant to help, is a big lie.
