Hello all, please I need insights on how banks or big brands deal with their sales agents or marketers. I have 3 main questions; How much do they pay them monthly? What's the minimum number of successful clients they should refer to the said organisation or company or they get sacked? How much do they pay for commission? PS: I will be starting up my digital marketing agency soon and I urgently do need insight on how to settle with my sales agents.
