It’s not possible to have held all the positions he held in the Nigerian police force without committing crimes against innocent civilians in Nigeria. When we all know that Nigerian police has no respect for human rights. That’s crime against humanity. I think Canadia is right in this regard.

2011 when I was shot by armed robbers, twas Sars men that took me and drove me to the nearly clinic, they made sure the clinic didn't request for a police report or whatever and they ensured I was well treated.

reading this make me sad, this guy was with me briefly in Baltimore for about 2 months to hustle in 2018 but due to Trump incessant threat he escaped to Canada through New York route without notifying us.
Then we were all in fear of survival due to several broadcast on TV and Social medias.

Very correct but at the end of it all, he is still human.
SARS contributed to the death of my brother because he refused to give bribe but I can't generalized it.
A SARS officer assisted me sometimes ago in Abeokuta to recovered my money from Yahoo boys years back though he collected 10% of it
when i was in Nigeria.
I know the guy Olushola Popoola to be a real hustler from Bronx to baltimore and Baltimore to Bronx.
