Allied Food and Confectionary Services Limited announced exciting plans to launch and grow the Burger King® brand in Nigeria, the largest country in Africa.

Antoine Zammarieh, Managing Director from Allied Food and Confectionary Services Limited said,

“We are proud to bring this iconic brand to Nigeria, and believe that our Nigerian guests will love Burger King flame-grilled sandwiches and other famous Burger King® menu items, that guests can have their way,”

This launch will be a big step towards serving budding food lovers and consumers of quick-service restaurants in Nigeria with more exciting flame-grilled and speciality meals. Nigerian guests can soon look forward to enjoying world-famous Burger King® products, such as the brand’s signature Whopper® Sandwich.

SERVAIR OPENS FIRST BURGER KING® RESTAURANT IN GHANA !
The first Ghana’s BURGER KING® restaurant, located at Accra Mall, has opened today !

The restaurant will be independently owned and operated through a franchise agreement by SIA QSR Ghana LTD, a subsidiary of Servair.

With a surface area of 340 square meters, the restaurant provides sitting for 120 guests and will be opened every day from 10:00 a.m to 10:00 p.m.

The first BURGER KING® restaurant will create 30 new job opportunities for young Ghanaians willing to grow and learn about the restaurant business. A playground for kids and a free Wi-Fi to enhance the overall Guest experience.

The brand seeks to develop partnerships with local producers - for example the vegetables: onions, salad and tomatoes come from local farms.

“We are thrilled to introduce the BURGER KING® brand in Ghana and look forward to serving Guests our signature flame-grilled Whopper for many years to come,” said Claude Deorestis – Executive vice president of Servair.

Additional BURGER KING® restaurants are expected to open in Ghana throughout the year.

Have they carryout their research about Nigeria in terms of security ,good road network, Power supply and multiple taxation before they venture into business in Nigeria?Let them not come and shut down after 3monrhs.

Do u think they have not done their home work before venturing into coming to Nigeria, typical lazy youth mentality, am sure this running down is from u guys across the Niger, uve never seen anything good abt Nigeria.

there is burger king in accra , it is all over the place , there is one at accra mall and one at palace mall , they have been there for quiet some time now

I've noticed some foreign business putting their currency equivalent on prices here, making it pricy
