The hard drive has been detached from the motherboard. Look for a way to get to the hard drive, disconnect it and reconnect it back, it should be fine.

Pls Help me!!!

Enter the bios and first check for attached devices to see if the hard disk is listed

If your bios has a diagnostic function run a check on the harddrive

Did the laptop fall down from a height ?

If the harddrive isn't detected by the bios then maybe it's disconnected from a fall or it's crashed.

If you have a flash drive boot into windows installation to find your drive

Or if you have a windows install disc use that to boot into installation to see if it detects the drive then use the disc to repair windows

It could be a virus some.viruses attack the boot records of the windows harddrive

This is especially common in windows 7

You should upgrade to 10 after this.

Cheers

Please explain properly so I get you .

Did you view attached devices via the bios or installation media ?

Click on I ternal.harddrive to see if it's seeing the full size or has a diagnostic option

Don't change any settings that weren't changed before this thing happened

Thanks

Someone told me to go through the memory noticed that the Primary hard drive displayed "none" indicating it absence

So I need to unscrew and connect it back

But how obvious will it be if truly it where the problem lies?

You would see it , though if the laptop didn't fall down there is no way the hard drive could have disconnected .

But check all the same . I still believe the laptop fell down

You mean I should unscrew the Hard drive compartment?

If you don't know how, search YouTube for the model of your laptop and type hard drive replacement in front for example (Hp 655 hard drive replacement) you should see a video that explains how to remove your hard drive and replace it.

Just remove it, and put it back properly, and gently. It should be detected by the bios.
