They are "born again" to become "sinner again".Just look at the growing number of childrens that have been sexualy abused by priests.

   becos not everyone that says "I'm a christian" is really a christian. Not everyone that says they are born again is obviously truly born again and becos they are liars, they will also be worse of other bad things. They claim to be born again to cover and hide how truly depraved they are.

Jesoul, u are right. But let me add here that if sm1 claims to be born again and yet his life does not portray it, then he is not born again simple. because if anyman be in Christ he is a new creature,  A sinner is a sinner no mater his claims.The title of this post is suggestive that a born again person cannot be truly trusted(pardon my misjudgment if any) and that can be attributed to the fact that u have not seen a born again or else u will not hesitate to be like one without delay!

To be born again

I came to understand the concept of Being born again when i stumbled accross this Scripture reference, 1st John 3:4-9. It reads:

"Whosoever is born of God (i.e Born Again) doth not commit sin; for His seed remaineth in him: and he cannot sin, because he is born of God. in

I know that there is a level you attain in Christian Experiences, that sin will be a forbidden fruit to you and you live without sin. Cos of your consciousness of pleasing God and doing His will.

One thing some people don't understand is that Perfection isn't automatic, you walk towards it, you press forward in your Christian Experiences, the fact that someone got saved yersterday doesn't make the person free from sinning. The temptations will still come, bad old friends will still come luring you. But once you apply God's grace, and constantly resist the devil, i bet you, with time you'll get used to saying NO to SIN. It's the deceit and lie of the devil, that Perfection isn't possible, Those that are trully born of God can testify to this!

Salvation Experience is just like you cutting down a tree, hewning down the trunk. What happens after a while or weeks is that new leaves start springing up and before you know it the full tree is back standing tall.

It is expedient for Christian Converts at Salvation experience to pray to God for Sanctification Experience, and this is the removal of the Adamic nature completely from him. Picture this again, the tree at the salvation level is now being uprooted, not just hewn down but, completely Uprooted and destroyed. At this level, you cannot find the new leaves springing up nor growth of the tree. This is because the tree has been brought down. A sanctified Christian is like this, He is given an added measurement of God's grace and His Holy Spirit. At this stage God Purifies you, sanctifies your heart.

Holy Spirit Baptism level,
This is another level in Christian Maturity, You possess a greater measure of God's Holy Spirit to do supernatural things and break uncommon grounds. Other spiritual provisions from God to live above sin include the possession of the Fruit of the Spirit, Gift of the Spirit etc.

NOTE: A christian is never expected to stop at the salvation level, because it's dangerous, such a one can easily fall back to sin and make the question to this post possible. If only we'd all progress in this Christian race, then would we not be a playing object in the devil's hand. Some people get to the first level and feels all is Well, It isn't you've got to press forward unto Perfection.

Perfection is attainable

To be born-again doesn't mean that you have stopped sinning, otherwise why will God make provision for sin?

Why does the bible "if WE confess our sins. . ."?

The bible says

Eph 4:11 And he gave some, apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelists; and some, pastors and teachers;
Eph 4:12 For the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ:

PERFECTING SAINTS!!!? It means there aren't necessarily perfect!

However, I understand people's nagging on christians: ". . .to whom much is given, much is expected. . .", but remember it says ". . .much is EXPECTED. . ." and not ". . .much will be gotten. . ."
